Subject: Shand & Aitchison in Fife

Seeking information on the forbears and siblings of William Aitchison
Shand who states he was born on 10th November 1822, Aughterada,
Dunfermline, Fife on his daughter's birth certificate. He was the son of
Robert Shand and Margaret Aitchison and had siblings Margaret, Mary Ann,
Robert and George.

William married Ann Shaw in Glasgow on 27th Feb 1846 and they migrated
to Australia with their children in June of 1854, settling in Melbourne.
William was a stonemason.

I would appreciate any information.
