Hi Alma,
I saw your letter on the Roots list.

I am interested in Love and McTaggart also. I am interested in James Love
married to Elizabeth King who married November 10, 1822 in Hamilton, co.
Lanarkshire. James son came to Canada around 1851 and his name was James.
He married Agnes Garland in Ontario in about 1857. I have quite a bit of
information on James Love of Ontario.

I don't have much on the McTaggart's. I believe James McIntosh married
Annie McTaggart or else they lived together. I've never found the marriage.
This would be sometime after 1887 when his wife died. James was a widower
who was married to Agnes. Her maiden name was Cavan but she could have been
a widower, when he married her. I've never found the marriage. I think
Annie McTaggart had a sister Mary McTaggart. James and Agnes two daughters
are with her in the 1891 census and she is a washerwoman in Glasgow. I
believe Annie died possibly in 1890 and definitely before 1900.

It would be nice is something here connected with your information.
