Hi List,

Does any kind person know:

1) if there is a good site for searching ELECTORAL ROLLS for GLASGOW- pre -1848 ?

2) if there is another site other than www.historicaldirectories.org for Glasgow - pre-1848 ?

3) what can I do to find out further information on the commercial activities of my ancestor in Anderston, Glasgow, pre-1848 : is there any source that holds that sort of material? He was a spirit dealer and a pawnbroker.

I will appreciate any good lead.
