I did not mean all the cemetaries in Inverness-shire - what I was trying
to say is that I ordered the inscriptions from what was available in all
of Inverness-shire (whereas I probably would have only ordered Inverness
West)......
Here's a list of the MI's I ordered from the Scottish Genealogy Society:
Inverness-shire
Chapel Yard Cemetry, Inverness. A4, 201p.
#Inverness West, MI. Pre-1855 for Abertarff, Urquhart &
Glenmoriston, Kiltarlty & Convinth, Kilmorack and Kirkhill. A5
#Inverness East, MI. Pre-1855 for Boleskine, Dores,
Inverness &Bona, Moy & Dalarossie, Devlot & Dunlichity,
Croy & Dalcross, Pett and Ardersier. A5,
Lagganallachie Kirkyard, M.I. A5, 26p.
#Lochaber & Skye. Pre-1855 MI.for Laggan, Kilmonivaig,
Kilmallie, Arisaig & Moidart, Glenelg, the Small Isles,
Sleat, Strath, Portree, Bracadale,Duirinish, Snizort Kilmuir.
Old High Church, Inverness, M.I. A5, 63p.
#Speyside, Pre-1855 MI. for Laggan, Kingussie, Insh Alvie,
Rothiemurchus, Garten & Kincardine, Abernethy, Duthil,
Inverallan,Cromdale, Advie, Inveraven, Knockando, Aberlour,
Rothes, Speymouth and Bellie. A5, 155p.
While I was going through their catalogue of items available I saw these
which I was planning on ordering but when I calculated what I had
already spent over £50. I had to cut back somewhere and was hoping
someone had a copy....but these will be on my next order.....
Jacobites of the '15. A list of people involved in the rebellion.
D.Dobson, A5, 88p. £4.50
Jacobites of 1745, North East Scotland. F. McDonnell, A5,58p £5.00
