It gives information on the voyage of the "Midlothian" to Sydney in 1837.
This voyage was the third of several which came under the Rev. John Dunmore
Lang's 'bounty scheme'. Many of the emigrants were victims of the
clearances. Some of you might find some of your missing ancestors on the
