Can SKS tell me what port highlanders from Glengarry district would have
used in the mid 1800's to emigrate to Australia? Was Fort William such a
port?
I understand the migrants to Canada left from Fort William to go to
Canada in 1770 & 1790 but I don't know if they shipped to say Liverpool,
and then departed from there.
