According to the Scottish IGIs there was a Catherine Buie and a Alexander
Campbell married on Feb 5 1835, Killarow, Islay. If you say they were born
c. 1809 the timing seems right.

I have a Mary Buie in my tree who married Duncan Lamont on Jan 28 1858,
Kilmeny, Islay. This Mary Buie was a daughter of Duncan Buie and Catharine
Lamont. ( She married a cousin)
