very interesting. There is talk here in Western Australia of building one up
in the Kimberlies where they have a rise and fall of tide of over 30 feet.
One half of the parliament are in favour, the other are against. But once
established it will run for ever. I liked the look of the power house, more
like a concert hall ---perhaps Neptune with his wind instruments? Look
forward to seeing more of the project. Ian
