Hello Sue,
I went back in the archives and checked out the post of yours for baptismal records.I have been through the archives once before but wasn't searching directly for this link. I have a couple questions of connections you may have proven.
The McCannell family of John McCannell and Margaret Sinclair m. Apr 02, 1822 had these names amoung their children and you have those names listed later with spouses and births. I was wondering if you connected these names to this family:
1)Mary McCannell b. Mar 31, 1833
Could she be the one listed married to Donald Bell and gave birth to Alexander Bell in Gearrach on 21 Dec 1852?
2)Catherine McCannell b. Dec 30,1828
Could she be the one listed married to Archibald McGregor and gave birth to Hugh mcGregor on 15 Dec 1845 and then James McGregor on 9 May 1849?
3)Margaret McCannell b. Feb 22, 1824
Could she have married Donald Bell also after her sister Mary's death? and gave birth to Donald Bell on 13 May 1854 Gearrach?

Thought since you were researching this name and this entry was a few years ago you may have more connections made.
