I hate you !!

Mine left in May 1852, so are in the 1851 in Oa, but too late for the 1851
(52) in Ontario. Hence, the yawning chasm I spoke of. I can pick them up
(some of them) in 1861, but where did they spend the "missing" 9 years?

Sometimes we get lucky. One of my ancestor families from Tiree left in Sept
1851 for Ontario. They were enumerated in both the 1851 census on Tiree and
Ontario, since the 1851 census of Ontario was really taken in early 1852.
