Hi Don,
I can't answer that one at the moment as I don't really know enough about my
Campbells to be able to say for certain. I have found my gg grandfather's
family living in Port Ellen on the 1841 census. He was a Neil
Campbell,married to a Janet Cameron. His father was also a Neil Campbell. He
was married to a Mary Buie. My gg grandfather was born about 1800, near
Bridgend. He had a sister Janet, born about 2 years later, but there may
have been others.
