Just a note - concerning the surname " McCuay " when taken from the
OPR
indexes. I am convinced after looking at films of the original records
that
" McCuay " is a transcriber's misinterpretation of the surname "
McCuaig
". The letters " ig " are being mistaken for a " y ".
