Dear all,

I'm looking for information about any family of John Kirk who settled in Bowmore in the 1850s with his wife, Mary Fletcher.

They had seven children:

John b.1848 m. Ada Mary Ward
Children: John W, Leonard F, Hamilton F
Leonard F (Lennie) m. Rita and moved back to Islay from Glasgow to Bruachladdich to farm.
Hamilton F m. Robert MacNaught and moved to Canada?

Mary Jane b.1855 m. Daniel Munro MacDonald
Children: Donald, Alexander Munro, John, Jessie


Catherine b. 1852

Agnes b. 1847 m. John Holmes
Children: Mary Hamilton, Hugh Fletcher, Agnes, Islay

Isabella b. 1864


Thomas b. 1859

Jessie b. 1861 m. William James Martin
Children?
