According to Charles Maclean Glenforsa Cottage dated 1852 (ordinacne map
592.429) is now called Drumlang Cottage.
Glenforsa House dated 1882 (ordinance map 552.393) was previously
Jarvisfield in 1826 and is now Gruline . Just to confuse you 1852 has both
Gruline House and Jarvisfield. The name has now been transferred to what
was Tigh Ban at 592.429.
I would suggest that the Tobermory Museum/History centre is the most likely
place to be able to advise on where to get information. As far as I know
they don't do research for people, but theywill set you on theright track.
