Thank you to everyone who responded to my query about Jo Currie's book,
"Mull: The Island and Its People". I think I've thanked everyone
privately, but wanted to say thanks on the list, also. This is SUCH a
helpful group of people here. I've ordered both of Jo's books as of this
morning. Now for the wait!
I'm getting ready to begin my search for my great grandmother, Isabella
CAMPBELL, who was born on Mull, but I believe it would be to my benefit
to understand a bit about the area from where she came in the mid 1800s.
I've discovered after being on this list for a while my historical and
geographical knowledge of Mull is sadly lacking, but I hope to remedy
that. Again, everyone's help has been appreciated.
