Up until now I had thought the Archibald Henderson in the 1851 was
possibly mine but now I'm thinking it's not him after all. The 1851 and
1881 entries for Archibald sound like the same person..

My Archibald b 1838 was in NZ by 1871.

In 1841 he's with his mother Margaret and siblings Margaret and
Alexander in High St Back Lane, Tobermory (father John away at sea?)
Perhaps the whole family (with new daughters Janet and Catherine) had
moved away by 1851.

Does anyone have a connection to the Archibald still in Tobermory in
1881 or better still, a connection to my Kiwi Archibald ?
