In reply to questions I've received Off List:

The book, "Inhabitants of the Inner Isles Morvern & Ardnamurchan 1716", is not reproduced online anywhere that I know of, so must be loaned from a library, or purchased outright. (see previous postings about this by other people).

However, for the small section of 1716 data for the Isle of Mull, go to

This is Ian Phillip's excellent Mull website. Click "Census Records" in the top right corner of his Home page. An individual search will return records for many different census years, and, if you are lucky, will also bring up something from the 1716.

Note that, as soon as you access one entry of the 1716 data, you can then access neighbouring entries by clicking "Previous Household" and "Next Household". Very useful, and our thanks to Ian!
