Thanks! since I do not know to much at all about my
g'parents, I am happy to get any information that might be
him.He married a Lula Alexander was her maiden name-
their original birth place, is unknown, but do know that they
had much land in Byhalia Ms.. where she is buried and
the former home house is yet there with new renovations.
My late cousin who passed in 1999 did visit the home.
people do live in it. A church house and grocery store is
on part of the land.....I was told that G'dad was of mixed
heritage-Irish, she may have been of native cherokee mix.
I did visit Byhalia in 1994 looking for the gravesite with
information from my late cousin, was unsucessful, I do have
plans to try again in the near future. I will apreciate your
help.
