You don't indicate any dates of birth for these family members, so I might
be wildly off-mark here. Aeneas is such an unusual name that I thought it
would be worth checking the 1881 census CDs. I looked and found a family
that seems to fit some of your description.
The extract from the census mentions "Sunderland Durham". This is a
well-known error in the CDs. It ought to refer to "Sutherland". Hope that
