Happy New Year to everyone from a rather white Peebles!!

I can only hope that the list for the New Year is as good and thought provoking
as it has been for 2002.

Could anyone clarify the following before I do further 'digging'?

The Commonwealth Graves Commission site is a very usefull source of information
and in many ways a 'moving and thought provoking environment' well worth visiting.

Can anyone clarify if death records for those serving overseas were also 'registered' for the
normal place of residence?....
