Hi All.
My brick wall are a family of the name of POW.
William Pow married Mary Crozier in about 1800 had 8 children.
The only ones two I know who got married were William Pow (Junior) Married Elizabeth Scott had issue.
Gavin Pow married first Mary Scott Mary died soon after given birth this his son William Pow.
Gavin Pow married again and had more children by his second marriage have no idea as to who his second wife name.
His son William Pow by his first marriage to Mary Scott married Mary Cranston daughter of James Cranston/Susan Scott.
By his second marriage Gavin Pow had other children.
Mary Pow married a Mr Beverley Governor of the Jedburgh Poorhouse.
Thomas Pow married a Miss E Winchester.
Robert Pow Married Anne Sinclair.
As far as I know this family came from Wilton/Hawick Parish.
Any help please.
