Hi I am researching a veitch line which was in Roxburghshire and
Berwickshire.
George Veitch married Mgt Cockburn, they had several children in
Berwickshire including James b 1853, Andrew, Anne and David b 1856.
James married Jane Stenhouse in 1880 having previously married Margaret
Thomson in 1874 and had a child Mary Anne at Greenlaw. The Stenhouses were
from Rox around Yetholm.They moved to Leith - family Jane, Margaret
Elizabeth and Emily.
