I be very grateful if you would look up Scott Robertson of Grutquoy (or
Gruitquay) Walls in the LDS film no 0101785
Scotland Land owners for 1872-3. As he was the only landowner in any
branch of my tree until the early 1900s, I'm keen to know what his holding
was worth!

The LDS film no 0217136 Zetland Land records 1781-1868 sounds like the
Register of Sasines. This can give very useful genealogical information,
particularly about family members who have emigrated. It is unfortunate
that so few Shetland families appear as most were tenants and didn't own
their land.
