Hi Dave,
I think it would be the date on which you fill in your form.
I can't remember filling in a form because my membership number is 001.
I am very proud of being one of the founder members although I have contributed
very little since,unlike the hardworking local team and 002,Alan Beattie who lives and
works even further away than I do but who edits the excellent "Coontin Kin"
The local members have built up wonderful resources at the HQ in Lerwick.
