Subject: [SHETLAND] Seeking Help with Hay & Co

I am seeking some help - and I know this is a hard one. I have a photocopy of a page numbered 24 from a book, that under the title "Snapshots of Yesterday --16 is a photograph of Hay & Co Carpenters about 1903". The photograph is courtesy of Mr John Johnson. The article above the picture refers to Mackay and Caithness life. "Henderson writing in English but his dialect verses are among the best in this selection." "Collection of four Caithness One-Act Comedies by K T Ness (Donald Grant and William Wilson) and contains notes on and a short glossary of the Caithness dialect."
I am after the name of the book if at all possible or more information regarding the photograph and staff of Hay & Co. 1903 as one member is my G.Grandfather.
Cheers
Sharon
