You are brilliant, Robyn. I am 99% sure that this is mine - He was born in
1827 and his mothers name was Margaret.
I am not all that clued up on searching in Australia as to date most of my
work has been centred in Caithness. Could you give me a lead as to where
to find more details ? I am so excited at your find
