This is a long shot. I have come across a family bible that notes the wedding of the above in 1796, and the births of their children Elizabeth (1797), Isabella Maxwell (1798), Jame (1800) and Janet (1800).
Both LDS and Scotlandspeople have only one family group like this - from Polmont.
Do these names ring any bells. I am very curious to know how the bible came into the possession of my late great-aunt who isn't a Robertson (although her grandmother was).
