My James MUNRO was born inGolspie in 1825, son of John MUNRO & Eliza
SUTHERLAND.
He isn't with his family in the 1841 census but appears in Golspie,
unmarried in 1851 as a tailor. From there he disappears, not being in
Golspie in 1861 nor anywhere in the 1881 census.
His brothers Hugh & Joseph came to Victoria Aus in the early 1850's.
I would love to be one of those descendants and share some of that bowling
club real estate in Melbourne or claim him being a Premier of Victoria but
alas I can't find him anywhere.
