MACKAY, Alexander enlisted at Edinburgh Oct 15 1809 with the 9th R.O.B.born Skibo, Sutherlandshire, labourer age at entry 21, 5 ' 6" brown hair, blue eyes

brown complexion, visage: long, period deducting prior service from Oct 15 1805 to Oct 14 1809 , to a Chelsea pensioner Oct? 24 1829, had signed for a period

of life service.

MACKAY, Wilson enlisted at Edinburgh May 10 1815 , signed for life on April 26 1815, born Tongue, Sutherlandshire, labourer, 5 ' 10 1/4" age at entry 21,

complexion fresh, brown hair, brown eyes, visage: round. Manner of leaving P.O. 2nd Battalion December 20, 1818

MACKAY, Alexander born Dornoch, Sutherlandshire (spelled Darnaak) was 21 years old at time of enlist and was 5' 6 1/4" , at the age of 24 was 5' 7 1/4 ",

swarthy complexion, grey eyes, brown hair, visage: round, weaver . Served 9th Royal Battalion November 27th 1805 to October 24 1809, signed for life on October

5 1809 on the 9th R.V.B. Got the Chelsea pension on November 25 1827
