I am looking for any information on a marriage between Donald Polson and
Barbara (or maybe Jane) McLeod about 1833 in Loth County.

The IGI records have a record of Donald Polson and Jane McLeod married 27
December 1833 Loth. The dates all fit but in our records, she is recorded
as Barbara. I think they had at least five children - John (1834),
Isabella (1836), Alexander (1838), George (1841), Barbara (1857) all born at
Helmsdale.

I think Barbara ( b. 1812) may be the daughter of George McLeod and Janet
Bannerman, married 1804 Loth, and sister to John (1806), Jeane (1807),
Isobel (1810), Alexander (1815), William (1819)

Can anyone help?
