Best always to focus on Parish names before Town or Village
names. Both Drumore and Pt Logan are in parish KIRKMAIDEN
for which there are pre- 1855 Deaths [burials] registered by
church. The dates are 1716 to 1854. Often more reliable
that tombstone inscriptions.
MIs for Kirkmaiden St Medan are held by Scottish Gen. Soc.
but as at July 2002 these were in ms, not published.
Portpatrick also has pre- 1855 church registers for deaths,
these range 1783- 1818. DGFHS has MIs fir the Old Churchyard.

Yes but I hafta pay for the service. You may find a volunteer.
And lastly, who would one contact to purchase books of
monumental inscriptions for these cemeteries?
SGS is a good supplier BUT!! there is a fee and many are
Unpublished ie manuscripts only, not in book form. Book
forms usually have a name Index and a site map which adds value!
