Subject: [SCUNION-L] MOORE, SAMUEL, NATHAN, THOMAS, SC, 1830s
Date: Thu, 25 Nov 1999 14:02:32 EST

The Moores, below, all apparently came to AL from SC, so, does anyone have a
clue if there is a connection between them and where, in SC, they may have
come
from? Please help!

SAMUEL (b. 1797, SC) and ANNA MOORE (b.1795, VA (or NC)) and four daughters

they
were in Randolph County, AL, in an area that in 1858 became Clay County.
SAMUEL was a Primitive Baptist Minister.
In 1850, a NATHAN MOORE family lived next door to SAMUEL in Randolph, and
