Hi Lisa,

Have you run across the name William W. Duncan who was raised in Union, SC.
I was told he was a state or local legislative representative. He was my
grandfather and I can't find anything out on him other than he married my
grandmother, Ethel Miriam Ashford, and he committed suicide on Christmas Day
back in the late 1890s.

Any help would be appreciated.
