Hello Ron,

No, I do not know if my EATON ancestors owned land in Clay County; probably
not. My only clue comes from statements written about Ervin, Edna, Nettie,
Gladys, and Russell indicating their birthplace was Marshalltown, South
Dakota. This would place them in Marshalltown during 1899 to 1910. Where
would their birth records be located if they were born in Marshalltown,
SD?
