Deb, I am Interested in your Korth background. My Great Grandmother was Katherina Korth and married my Great Grandfather, Johannes Wobser about 1855 to 1870 and they lived in Stolp, Germany (later named Slupsk, Poland). My Grandfather, Otto John (Jonannes) Wobser emmigrated to Rochester, NY about 1892. I do not know where the Korth family lived. Stolp is near the Baltic Sea and West of Gadansk, Poland. Both Jacobsdorf and Stolp are in Pommerania. I could not locate Jacobsdorf on the map. I would like to keep this possible link open until proven otherwise.
