The ones I have seen do not for South Dakota? My parents were married in 1946 and it only gives Husband and Wife information, Post Office where married, county, registration number, it indicates whether or not they were bachelor, maiden, widower, widow, or divorced. Name of clergyman or Officer Officiating, and of course date of marriage. Most of them look like they were printed on a 4 x 6 post card. Some others are written in a book with basically the same information.
