Carol,

What version are you using? The problem of more than one person per page sounds
like one of the side effects of a bug that was fixed in v1.1.10.

Regarding the female narrative, a problem somewhat like that was fixed in
v1.0.23.

If you are seeing these issues in v1.1.10 (the current public release), then
please send me a SQZ file of your dataset and include the ID# of the woman whose
narrative is wrong.
