I believe DSID is 0 only when the dataset is TMG4, so I don't think that
is the problem.

Don't take this question the wrong way, but would you confirm that the

C:\Program Files\The Master

dataset actually has people in it? If it does, click the Set Database...
button and re-select the project. If that does not work, then I agree
with Dick - we'd like to see the Make Site log file.
