I know that some users have created their own Themes, and some of them have
answered your post already. Also, three of the Themes supplied with Second Site
were inspired by custom Themes, so user input to Theme design is happening. But,
as far as I know, there are no custom Themes available to download. I suspect
that will happen in the future. I agree with Darrell that SS is changing so fast
these days that keeping a Theme up to date takes some effort and that is a
significant barrier to publishing a custom Theme.
