Second Site 1 has a problem with some JPG files; it fails to determine the
proper width of the image. I could not figure out why that happened, but in
Second Site 2, I replaced the image subsystem and it works properly with all
the images I tested. So, the best solution would be to upgrade.

In the meantime, you can try editing the JPG file with a photo editor
program. You don't have to change anything; just re-save. Keep a copy of the
original if you don't have one somewhere already. Resaving it will probably
solve the problem, especially if the original comes directly from a digital
camera.
