Michael:

Make absolutely, positively sure in SS you are pointed to the correct project *and* dataset in your TMG data.

Check your settings on "exclude living". See if you have the living flag correctly set (if SS is set to exclude living, living flag for an individual must be "N" to include; either "Y" or "?" will be excluded).

If those don't work, send more details about your flag and exclusion settings.
