There are a number of references on the internet to the Annie Self who
married Noah Langley, but she was born in the Cherokee Nation in Georgia
around the 1760s-70s, and I doubt she would be the one on the 1890 census as
born in Tennessee.
How old was she in the 1890 census? And did you check the 1880 census
online?
