'images from the past' with tips on what to look for. There is also an
address to send your photo to for identification -

Sorry I don't have books to recommend, but a search on the Abebooks site
reveals that there are articles on the subject in Family Chronicle Magazine,
vol 8, no 5 May-June 2004 (Canadian). A copy of the magazine (new) is
available for US$6.95.
