Hi Members

Is there anyone of the list who has access to Quaker Records or would be
prepared to look up the Quaker Records in the Sussex Archives.

I descend from the WOOD family who owned the "Brewers Arms" hotel in Lewes.

My great, great grandfather William WOOD is the son of John WOOD and Sarah
DAYNES.

William Wood is a Quaker at the time of his marriage in Bristol. However I
do not know if the family were Quakers in Lewes. When one reads the will /
transfers of the Brewers Arms in the English Archives, so many Quaker names
are listed there.

If John WOOD & Sara DAYNES were Quakers, there will be mention of their
children's births in the Monthly Meeting minutes between 1805 - 1816.

If you can help can you please contact me and I will supply exact birth
dates and Quaker reference information

Thank you
