I am afraid I don't understand your query.... if you know her birth year
it is very easy to access the birth indexes and register books via your
local FHC, see the information on Obtaining Civil Registration records
in Ireland on my Helpfl Hints page below.

Since you know her parents names the only new information the record
will likely tell you is location and occupation of father.
