I am trying to find any connection to Michael Vincent Shanahan b.1906 who was the local Dr.in Bantry during the 1950s and on. He had a twin sister Eela and brothers Harry and David. Michael was married to a Barbara Fink.
Michael's Father's name was David Shanahan who owned the Irish Butter Company in Cork City (b.around 1880). Davids wife was Margaret Donovan and she came from Dunmanway. David also had a brother Frank. This is all the information I have.
I would like to learn more about the ancestors of this family.
