Your question is about a year old, so I don't know if this helps or not, but I found a George E. Sheets in the 1920 census for Seattle. He was 14 at the time. His parents are listed as Edwin (age 39) and Elizabeth C. Sheets (age 33). Edwin is listed as being born in Kansas and Elizabeth in Massachusettes. Edwins parents are listed as being born in Pennsylvania. Elizabeth's Father is listed as being born in Maine, and her mother in Canada.

Do you have this info already? If so, I could problaby go back further.
