Searching for details of John Sherwood, who is mentioned as being in the
Sussex Militia in Brighton when marrying Fanny Grinyer (b.o.t.p.) on 25th
July 1804.
Does anybody know whether he was the same individual as:
John Sherwood, born in 1773 in Romney, Kent.

John Shearwood, who marries Jane Butcher in Brighton on 24th
December, 1794, and who had one child, Jane Sherwood in 1795.

John Sherwood who marries Lucy Pettit on 12th May 1821 in Brighton,
and who had two children, Lucy Ann in 1822 and Elizabeth in 1829.

John Sherwood who died in Brighton in 4th Quarter 1842, Vol.7, Page
197.
