M. 26 Dec 1886 Sumner Co, Tennessee to: Lucinda Ann YATES LAND
D. 02 Feb 1943 Louisville, Jefferson Co, Kentucky
B. 05 Feb 1943 Evergreen Cemetery, Louisville, Jefferson Co, Kentucky
Father: Richard D SHOULDERS
Mother: Eliza Ann REED
Grandfather: Malachi SHOULDERS

migrated from Mid-North Tennessee to Mid-South Kentucky, specifically, Logan
County, Kentucky. Does anyone know the reason for this?

His only daughter, Anna Irene SHOULDERS GERBERICH, was my grandmother, and
she lived all her adult life in Crestline, Crawford County, Ohio.

No one in my family really knows too much about Thomas before He settled in
Logan County, KY. None of my living aunts or uncles, nor my father, seem to
know anything about Thomas' life prior to His marrying Lucinda YATES LAND.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Was there a family falling out or
something?

I have a copy of Thomas' Death Certificate from Kentucky, but the names of
his parents are omitted.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
