I've posted this before and have been contacted by several researchers but I'm posting again to try to get new imput into these families.
These Simmons and related families were in Grainger Co. Tn in the 1801-1820 time frame. Some may have stayed but some left to go to MO and Ill. If you can share your info once more on these families I would appreciate it very much. I'm hoping for new researchers but any help will help.
1. Jane Simmons who married Levi Rice 12-11-1801 in Grainger Co. TN (possible father Henry Rice)
2. Thomas Simmons who married Rebecca Wilson 8-23-1812 in Grainger Co. TN
3. Joshua Simmons who married Delany James 3-13-1803 in Grainger Co. TN (possible father Abraham James)
4. Sally Simmons who married Josiah Galyon 10-28-1807 in Grainger Co. TN
5. Betsy Simmons who married Hosia Saterfield 1-6-1813 in Grainger Co. TN (father was William Saterfield poss. from Greenville, SC)
6. Richard Simmons who married Ruth Dail 4-14-1813 in Grainger Co. TN (possible father Abel Dial)
7. James Simmons who married Barbara McGonigal 9-12-1814 in Grainger Co. TN (father is believed to be Patrick McGonigal)
8. Nancy Simmons who married Daniel Chambers 9-25-1817 in Grainger Co. TN
9. John Simmons who married Isabella Jones 1801 in Grainger Co. TN
10. Isham Simmons who married Sarah Unknown 1814 in Grainger Co. TN (Isham Simmons died 1818 in Grainger Co. from illness of war 1812)

If your connected to any of these families I would like to have your info on their immediate family. I would like birth, death, marriage dates of them and any children they had and where each event took place. If you have any information on the spouses of these Simmons persons I would like that info also.
